“I made a mistake with my appointment date, but he said he would work me in. He took his time checking my older hearing test and found a test that was not done for my hearing problems. He took the time changing hearing instruments until he found one that was comfortable for my ear size. He tested at different frequency levels until he found the proper level. This was the first time there was a difference in my hearing. I was always testing borderline. So this was a very good visit with him. I would refer him to anyone who is having a problem.
