Taylor Cottrill grew up in Skaneateles, New York. Taylor received her Bachelor’s Degree with Summa Cum Laude honors, from Utica University (previously known as Utica College) in 2020. Taylor has been at HearingLife since 2020, working at both the Syracuse and Camillus, New York locations. Upon completion of HearingLife’s apprentice program, Taylor became a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2023.
Having experience with hearing loss firsthand inspired Taylor to pursue helping people hear better. She places heavy importance on personalized care and is very passionate about promoting better hearing health. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, friends, golf and traveling.

“I went there and we filled out some paperwork first, then the young lady looked in my ears and then put me in a cylinder-type thing and made some noises and I had to signal her when I couldn't hear it any more. She was very professional about it and she explained quite a bit, some of which I didn't understand. I didn't get any chance to talk about money or if I was supposed to come back or not, so I was kind of disappointed they didn't tell me what to do at the end of it.”
