“Hillary and Kaleigh are both great. I have been seeing Hillary for recent appointments. Hillary is knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I have used lyric hearing devices for years and aside from the cost I have been very satisfied with them. Recently in one ear I have been unable to use the lyric and so I chose a competitor in the ear aid. After about a month it stops working and I have to have it sent for repairs. This has happened 4 times within the year since I purchased this expensive device. When it is sent out for repairs I am without an aid in one ear for 10 days. Hillary is very understanding and sympathetic I cannot fault her at all. I am rather unhappy with the device however. ”

“It seems like all they care about are hearing aid sales. I wanted to come in for a hearing evaluation and they wouldn't let me come without having my wife present... presumably to double team me and pressure me into buying 7000$ hearing aids. After the appointment, they kept bombarding me with calls and letters in the mail. Would not recommend.”

“After making an appointment to have a free hearing test at the James Street office in Syracuse, I got my test and the provider issued me free hearing aids. I didn’t expect this but after tests revealed my severe loss he said my insurance would cover and they would be free to me. My hearing was improved as I had only one hearing aid and it was an old one, I had lost the other. After a week passed the dr called me back in the office and demanded my hearing aids back. He said that the company changed tax ids and for that reason could not issue me the hearing aids. To issue great tuned hearing aids to a patient and take them back one week later is criminal. A changed tax ID? Why didn’t he know this when I was sitting in his office and he had checked all the paperwork. Don’t go here. Find another more stable provider. This was a terrible experience for a 65 year old hearing impaired individual. ”

“I went in there to secure batteries and ear bud replacements. I got the batteries but was told I could only get the ear buds during specified "walk in" hours. There was no one in the waiting room and two persons in the office. I was required to make an appointment and make an extra trip, wasting my time. This poor customer service does not make me want to replace my hearing aids in the future with them.”

She showed me something that could improve it a little bit, and I didn't think it was worth the cost at this time.”
