Deonna Parks is a dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist who has proudly served the Syracuse, NY community her entire life. She studied at Syracuse University and completed her clinical training at HearingLife under the guidance of one of the organization’s leading audiologists. After successfully completing HearingLife’s apprentice program, Deonna earned her license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Since joining the company in 2018, she has supported patients at both the Manlius and Oswego locations. Deonna brings a deep passion for helping others, offering care rooted in kindness, sincerity, and an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families affected by hearing loss. Her personal experience with a family member’s hearing difficulties further strengthens her commitment to finding effective, personalized solutions for every patient she serves.
Outside of work, Deonna enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and extended family and friends. She also loves sewing, traveling, and relaxing with a good movie.
