“A family member of mine wears hearing aids and has been a customer of this Hearinglife office for many years and is happy with their service. So, when it came time for me to check my hearing health, I chose HearingLife Endwell too. At my first appointment, I was expecting good service, but they went above my expectations. I experienced a friendly atmosphere there, and no hard sell tactics. The office staff were personable, friendly and caring. The waiting room and fitting rooms were clean and comfortable. I had many questions about the hearing aids that Jaime Giblin, the BC-HIS Hearing Instrument Specialist recommended. She gave answers and explanations that I clearly understood. Their process of testing, fitting and addressing any issues I had were handled smoothly. This entire process was completed within 4 weeks. Jaime is very knowledgeable of the product and the software programs and that customizes the hearing aids. She was polite and humorous at times during my visits to the clinic. I received counseling on how to care, and adjust the hearing aids, plus instructions on how to use my cell phone app as a remote control. I’m glad I went to see the people at HearingLife in Endwell. The standards of the quality of the products they sell, the prompt services they provide, the knowledgeable staff there, and the efficient process that they follow for their customers are outstanding. I truly believe that they will be around and available for any help or service I need in the future. I have yet to use their 1-hour Walk-In service which the office has each day during the work week for minor issues. Overall, I highly recommend HearingLife in Endwell. I trusted them in helping me make the right decisions for my hearing health. ”
