“I have tinnitus and was a little skeptical that hearing aids would or could help. I made the appointment and was a little shocked, the options that they had of hearing aids. And there was a new one on the market that Specifically works for Tinnitus. I thought what the heck let's go for it. They fit great, their blue tooth, have a phone app, take phone calls like air pods. You can listen to music. It will take time for them to help with my tinnitus but I'm excited. The office was really nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. I bet you will come out of there as I did a happy camper! ”

“My husband Charles went to HG because one of his hearing aids had quit working. We just moved from KC to Derby and decided to try HG. We had HG send off his hearing aid to be fixed. Before sending Brandi took the time to check his hearing with it in and with out. She looked inside his ear to see if he had wax. She made sure to test his hearing aids and the his charger She was very good about explaining everything she did. She told us exactly what it would cost and what to expect when it came back. When it was returned to us Brandi helped my husband make sure it was set correctly for his ear and also set it up and showed him how he could use it to answer his cell phone.
