She entered the hearing industry after many years in nursing, where she witnessed firsthand the impact untreated, long-term hearing loss can have on daily life and relationships. This experience shaped her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Kathleen is committed to partnering closely with customers and their families to find practical, personalized hearing solutions that support communication, independence, and overall well-being. Her goal is to help each person she serves experience a meaningful improvement in quality of life through better hearing.

Grace joined HearingLife in 2024 as a graduate extern and went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2025. She now serves as a full-time audiologist, continuing her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Her professional interests include auditory processing disorders and assistive listening technology. Grace is dedicated to delivering individualized care, taking the time to understand each person’s unique needs and preferences. She strives to create tailored hearing solutions that help her patients stay connected, engaged, and confident in their everyday lives.
