“I've been with Kitsap Audiology for just over a year now and am really pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. I got new hearing aids a few months ago and I noticed that they slightly differed from my original ones. I went in and they thoroughly cleaned them and made a slight adjustment to balance out the sound. They nailed it. They also set me up with additional wax filters, domes, and even changed out those so-called "tails" that wrap around the flap of the outer ear.
