“Amazing team and audiologist. Dr. Jessica is superb and frankly one of the best audiologist I have had. I have lived across many different states and while all care providers have been good, Dr. Jessica tops everyone.

“My wife and I cannot say enough about the service we have received when we transitioned from my older hearing aid. My comprehension had dropped considerably, and I often misunderstood key parts of sentences. It has been a strain for both of us. Asley researched the hearing aids that might meet my need. “I have had experiences with other hearing aid facilities in Nevada with 2 other members in my immediate family with hearing aid issues. Neither of my family members were ever satisfied with their hearing aids. A friend in Seattle referred my husband to NGH for a new evaluation and fitting of hearing aids that he would finally wear faithfully and experienced a tremendous improvement. When I noted my hearing was not clear in settings like restaurant, I also asked Dr. Ashley for an evaluation and though my hearing loss was minimal, I chose to try the use of hearing aids and found it made a great difference especially in crowds and when listening to a speaker. Our experience with both Dr. Ashley & Dr. Amy has been excellent and the office staff has always been friendly & accommodating to scheduling us when we are in the Seattle area. When we have run low on supplies or have experienced any problem with our hearing aids, they have responded immediately to remedy the situation.
