“Although I have only met two of the personnel, Tee, the office coordinator, and my doctor, Christopher Garrett, they are enough to infuse the office with the warmest and most welcoming atmosphere. With Dr. Garrett's command of the latest technological advances in the treatment of tinnitus, the ringing has greatly diminished, and for hours, it disappears altogether.”

“NW Hearing & Tinitus staff were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful & helpful. I have lived with Tinitus for over 25 yrs. The aids they recommended provided the most relief I've ever recieved from aids. No more high-pitched, loud white noise in both ears when I use my aid program to manage my Tinitus. It has improved my quality of life immeasurably! ”

“Amazing team and audiologist. Dr. Jessica is superb and frankly one of the best audiologist I have had. I have lived across many different states and while all care providers have been good, Dr. Jessica tops everyone. She listens intently, truly understands what the patient with hearing loss is trying to accomplish, and then aligns them with a solution that would work best for the long run. Not only that, she has such an amazing sense of fashion when it comes to hearing aids. Yes !!! Talk to her about colors and moulds and she will be able to advise on the perfect combo that lets you glam up that device. Thank you, Dr. Jessica for your love, care, understanding and expertise. We need many more like you in the hearing aid industry and audiology team. ”
