“Dr. Krasnick(Aaron) has been my audiologist now for almost 3 years and has been so helpful right from the beginning. When I first went to him about needing hearing aids he walked me through very patiently all the different options and based on my work normal life regimen we made the decision on what hearing aids would work for me. Aaron is always there for me if I email him and recently towards the end of COVID I was having major issues and he was able to fix on his computer due to the Bluetooth technology. I saw Aaron for a routine checkup on Monday and he answered all my questions adjusted my hearing aids as well as providing me an Extender for my mask as hearing aids a mask and glasses is a lot on top of ears. “Have been having my hearing checked by Dr Krasnick for years, and he always said that I was borderline, and did not really need hearing aides yet. However, my adult daughter felt that I was missing 1/3 of her communications. Dr. Krasnick never tried to "sell" me on the hearing aide idea and I appreciated that.
