“I was very impressed with the professionalism of this whole office. Dr. Jessica is who I saw. She took lots of time with me, even after her examination showed that a hearing device was not the answer for me, at this time. She stressed how important it was I get to my ENT right away, which I did, and she was correct. I still don’t have a diagnosis but he is working on it. I think this is the only place to purchase a hearing device once you get your hearing stable enough so it will work properly. They were also very careful to follow Covid-19 regulations while still making you feel comfortable.”
