Since this was my first hearing test, I had quite a few unspoken concerns, but she walked me through each step, making me feel comfortable and at ease. After the exam, she thoroughly explained my results in a way that was easy to understand and took the time to discuss next steps regarding my hearing challenges. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. To anyone who is concerned about their hearing or hesitant to take that first step—I would strongly encourage you not to wait.
