“I purchased my heating aids about six months ago and traded in y my old hearing aids since the doctor stated the one she showed me are the latest hearing aids and are a lot better than my old ones. However she fail to informed me that if I have any problems with the hearing aids and needed to get sent out fir repairs I will be left without any hearing aids which is a very inconvenience to me. I’ve had nothing but problems e these so called top of the line hearing aids sometimes one will not work or sometimes both are not working. I paid $6000 I feel that I git rip off I should’ve kept my old hearing aids mind you I live about 4 hours away from San Antonio and I’ve mentioned this several times to them . One frustrated an upset customer ”
