When I purchased my hearing aids, they went out of their way to ensure my hearing aids fit properly. I can go by anytime to get more batteries or clean my hearing aids. They are tops in my book....”

“When I called to their office, I explained clearly that the hearing test is required for VA's office and application for disability. I asked if they accept our insurance, and they did. The results of the test were politely and clearly explained. When I asked to give a copy of it, I was explained they charge $86 for it. To get it free I had to go back to VA clinic where I was a day before to have them fax a request. At the hearing center they did't have a sample of the request, so it took them some time to figure it out. I give one star to this office because I was not given full information about the way they release information. If I would have known how much time and driving it would take to get this one page test (or paying $86 for the test to be released to me) I would never go to this hearing center. I'd recommend to everybody who chooses to have tested at the center to get more details about the way they run the business. I forgot to mention that the progress report requested from the VA clinic wasn't faxed, only one page of test (screening). We are not returning to this clinic to get a hearing aid even we were planing to. Also, I talked to a director from San Antonio. Please, when you address to a law, name it, chapter, and paragraph. And, as far as I know, the clinic has offices only in Texas.”

“Advanced Hearing Solutions used to be so great, saw them for years - not sure what happened to 'em since they merged with A&B - I've been getting the run-around about an order that was supposed to be here week of Jan 25, and still not here - and no one knows (or won't tell me) why the delay. Seems odd customer service.”
