I get my supplies every six months that being the case I asked for two packs of batteries I was told I can only get one pack after telling her I always got two packs she was adament. I think the new girl need a lesson in phone etiquette while I was speaking she interrupted numerous times as though I didn’t matter. I may be time to consider a new hearing aids provider. I don’t want to make a big deal of this but it may be the beginning of the end!”

“I really enjoyed my experience with Ryan Jackson. He was very good at explaining the options and didn't push me to automatically go with the most expensive hearing aids. He was very courteous at listening to me complain about my previous experience with the old hearing aids. I was very happy that the new models covered all my concerns and that I could control the volume with the apps. Previous model and previous reps keep hesitating to turn up the volume or adjusting because they know better than me who wears it everyday. “My opinion has changed, he is very professional and a true salesman who could probably get a job selling anything--but nothing is how it seems! They contacted me I did not contact them. With meeting and I quote (when I say we I mean him and his office) "WE F----- UP". Who paid for it but me who needs hearing aids because of their mistake. Eric Green and his office helpers do not know what they are doing as far as insurance coverage is concerned. I think they were hired for looks and not any knowledge of how to get info from insurance providers. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They contacted me first because I was there in 2013 and continued to tell me that they knew I was in need of help and would offer a free hearing test--but I should bring in someone for a hearing recognition test? I Fell for it! Who else would you bring in for a hearing recognition test but someone close to you. I brought in my WIFE. There was no test it was just a hard sell tactic. Picture it this way when someone says do you want to here what your wife says to you, unless you hate her, what's the answer--and I do love my wife. I gave a deposit of $100 for him to order them. Then I received a phone call telling me for them to proceed I needed an OK or approval from my family doctor to get hearing aids. Right here I asked if I needed to go see an ENT (ear, nose & throat specialist) and his reply was no. This man or his staff knows nothing about what the staff of four years ago knew, they are either cutting back on professional staffing or hiring relatives. Let's get on with what happened, I received my hearings aids which I must say I couldn't have been happier with, almost like a new part of life, at home and work................but then a couple of months later I receive a phone call I had to return them. That was on a Friday and when I went there on Monday is when the first words out of his mouth were "we" (on them top of the review) and it actually devastated me. His Professional people saw that I was covered 80% when after I contacted the insurance company it was determined to be 85% which I gave them a printed document to this effect. When I went there on Monday he actually threatened to have me arrested if I left there with the hearing aids in my ears? He continued to tell me I had to go through Amplaphon which after contacting my insurance (Aetna) told me that was only a hearing aid discount place. I NEEDED TO GO TO ENT. Why didn't the pros know that? There is something missing here. ”

I was able to wear my Oticon Hearing aids for 7 years with no problems and great results. When I lost one playing golf, I would only purchase the next pair through Eric. “This is a very delicate exam and the specialist in the branch of audiology only speak English. So it complicates because I have to find someone that is fluent in English to accompany me to my appointment because they do not offer services in Spanish. So language really becomes an issue. But service is wonderful. They are professional and the technology is top of the line. The service is great they take the time needed with out rushing. They do a complete, a full assessment very professional. ”
