“I saw Dr Adam who spent lots of unhurried time with me. She reviewed my hearing test (brought from another provider) and when I asked if she wanted to retest she declined saying the test I had was recent enough (she was not into building the sale!!). Based on my results she made several suggestions to improve my hearing. She could reprogram my device and order a Roger (assistive hearing device). Dr Adam questioned whether I need a custom mold. Owing to the fact that her practice no longer accepts my insurance, she suggested I speak to my current practice about all of the above!!
