“I met with Dr. Matthew for the first time yesterday to consult about my hearing issues and considering I have already been wearing hearing aids for more than 6 years and have had my 2nd pair of hearing aids, I am sure I am not an easy case to solve! Dr Matthew was absolutely spectacular in terms of helping me develop a much higher understanding of the approach, the possible solution, answering all my questions and thus ensuring that I would have total trust in him! Next Monday I will be wearing my new hearing aids and I feel with Dr Matthew’s support and validation of the solution I will be on my way to a much better understanding of what I hear!
