Dr. Jillian Andersen, a native of Colorado Springs, Arvada and Evergreen, has lived in Colorado almost her entire life. She moved away to Washington D.C. for graduate school but came back to the state that she loves as soon as she could.
Jillian went to the University of Colorado, Boulder for her undergraduate degree. She double majored in psychology and speech, language, and hearing sciences, graduating in 2013. Jillian graduated in 2016 from Gallaudet University with her master’s degree in audiology and earned her doctorate degree in audiology in 2017.
Jillian’s passion for audiology grew after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer and having surgery and treatment during her undergraduate years. She lost her ability to speak for about 6 months and felt so isolated from friends, family, and those around her that she realized at that point how important communication was. Not wanting to have anyone feel as isolated as she felt, she made it her goal to help people communicate better with those in their lives. Being an audiologist gave her the tools she needed to make that happen through better hearing!
Jillian was married in 2022 and has 3 cats. She loves being outdoors: gardening, hiking, paddle-boarding, and birding. She also enjoys board games, painting, and hanging out with friends and family.

Mindy DeNell was born in Iron Mountain, MI and grew up in Parker, CO. She returned to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, both of which were earned at Northern Michigan University. Mindy has been practicing hearing healthcare since 2018.
Mindy’s past experience working in mental healthcare and psychology have brought her a great knowledge base in counseling and the ability to assess and treat hearing problems. Her interest in hearing began at a young age, assisting her grandfather with his hearing difficulties; this experience helped her understand the importance of hearing to maintaining relationships. In her free time, Mindy enjoys hiking, attending concerts, and lounging with her dogs. Mindy is passionate about hearing health and is eager to assist you with your needs.

My 99 year old Mom sees her on a regular schedule and she is so kind, caring, and completely understanding of her needs and always treats her with kindness and dignity.
