During the purchase process, Dr. Bologna reviewed my audiological test with me; and patiently discussed which hearing aids would optimally provide the needed intervention. The hearing aids I purchased - based on her recommendation; have more than met expectations. They are comfortable and have provided the necessary clarity and ensuing comprehension. I no longer ask others to reiterate. Dr. Bologna has always made herself available to assist with follow-up adjustments and questions. Appointments are easily scheduled with Lisa – the office manager. Processing of my insurance claims has never been an issue.”
