“My left aid has given me problems from day one. The hours are not convenient for those of us that work. The website states different hours of operation. I was there at 3:55 on Friday, but the office was closed. On my last visit I was told my audiologist was no longer there. So they did a hearing test. The gal kept slapping the headpiece on my head and each time it hurt. Bottom line, they wanted to sell me 'new' aids which were very expensive. My current aids are only 3 years old! Then they couldn't find my file. It's really not run very well anymore. I will find somewhere else to go.”
