Jenelyn Cavallo brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role at HearingLife. She began her career in 2008 as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines before relocating to the United States in 2017. Upon her arrival, Jenelyn worked in senior care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered support for the elderly community.
Jenelyn joined HearingLife in 2018 and subsequently earned her license as a Hearing Aid Dispenser. Drawing on her clinical background and compassionate approach, she is dedicated to improving quality of life through better hearing. She is committed to providing individualized care, professional guidance, and exceptional service to each client she serves.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University in Manila, Philippines. Outside of the office, Jenelyn enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her husband, dog, and family.

“My hearing aid needed new tubing & they took me in even though I wasn’t a patient yet and were so kind and understanding to my problem. I went back a 2nd time and she replaced the tubing again because it needs to have another part that is striped but doesn’t have access to it. I offered to pay again but she said no. I am waiting to see a ENT then I will go there to get a new hearing aid so I can hear again . They are 5 star in your rating. Thank you!”
