“My father and my mother have experience significant difficultly getting my father's hearing aid fixed. 4-6 weeks after purchasing the aid, the batteries would not hold a charge, and now they need to return the aid device to the manufacturer. Overall not pleased with the product and timeliness of addressing the problem.”

They both were friendly and worked well together and I felt relaxed and not rushed. They repeated many times that they were always available for questions. Their practice even has a walk-in hour each day when they can do cleanings and checks.”
