She took the time to explain just what my hearing test meant when a previous ear doctor just said “you need hearing aids so go get them and I’ll see you in a year.” She made me feel cared about when I got anxious and with her manner it calmed me down. The previous doctor never told me about my hearing loss was and how to understand the chart and what the X and O means and what that says about my hearing loss. She explained things again when I still didn’t Understand and she didn’t show that she was aggravated at me for asking for clarification again. She was very kind and made me feel at ease. I respect her and thinks she is so good at her job and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.”

“They are excellent. I went somewhere else before, I'm sorry I didn't come here first. The doctor here was very good and after testing my hearing, she had me try a hearing aid. It was so good to hear everything again, it made me cry. I asked her if I could buy the one she had me try on, she said she couldn't. They don't just sell you a generic fit- all hearing aid, they take time to take a mold of your ears, so the hearing aid is made to fit your ears. I am so glad I came here.”

“Poor record keeping and poor customer service. Went for a hearing test. Was informed that the results would have to be verified by a Doctor. Waited a week and called for an update. No record of me being there lost my file. Even at appointment there was no discussion of hearing aids, the process or anything. Complete waste of time and have to look for another place to get hearing aids. ”
