As a whole, the staff (medical and administrative) has probably been the best of all my healthcare providers here in Montgomery, AL (that includes general medical, vision, dental, etc). They have been willing and able to accommodate me as needed or preferred. They are absolutely great at keeping the lines of communication open and accessible. They are always friendly and professional. If I could offer any suggestion for improvement, it would be to have a professional on staff who is well-versed in and, more importantly, can test for (adult) Central Auditory Processing Disorder.”

“After seeing their TV ads, I called Hearing Solutions of Alabama (in Montgomery) for an appointment. Dr. Allison Kelly was the audiologist who helped me find a "solution" for my partial hearing loss. After testing my hearing and discussing my needs she recommended "Oticon" brand hearing aids for me. After wearing these aids for about six weeks of a phase-in period, I am extremely happy with the results. I'm hearing with clarity sounds I haven't heard in years -birds, crickets, rain on a tin roof, a clock ticking. Only problem --- telling my wife "I'm sorry I guess I didn't hear you" --- no longer works! I could not be more pleased with the friendly professionalism of Hearing Solutions. I am already experiencing a renewed enjoyment of a large part of my life.”
