“My husband & I had temporary relocated to Auburn from Asheville, NC after Helene came through. our home was alright but we had no power,water or phone services. My hearinf aids could not be charged there-when we did get to my sister's home, I charged them but had trouble with setting-Hearing Professionals took care of this quickly, they also ordered a part for my backup aids! “Had a problem with one of my hearing aids. Went to the office, was waited on promptly and courteously. An assistant took the details of my problem, had me wait in my truck. Minutes later she came out with my repaired hearing aid which had been checked by Dr. Hoven. She explained the repair and asked me to come back promptly if that didn’t solve my problem. It did. Dr. Hoven and staff are wonderful. So satisfied!!”
