“Cindy met with me and gave me a hearing test. She reviewed the results with me and adjusted my hearing aids for the current hearing test results. She found one of the batteries needed replacement and sold and installed one for me. In addition, she cleaned my hearing aids, replaced the wax traps and the leads going into my ears from hearing aids. She did all of this efficiently.
