“I have had my hearing aids for 16 months and have had both hearings aids repaired. Also the hearing aids they gave me as loaners for not hold a charge. I am very disappointed with the product and the quality of service. My hearing aids were very expensive and I thought since they were expensive they would work for many years before needing to be repaired. The staff has turned over in the 16 months I have been a client and this has been disappointing as well.”
