“Saw Cheryl yesterday as dome was stuck in my ear and thought the spindle broke off. Cheryl pulled out dome , put new filter and dome on. I inserted into ear but didn't check that it was actually working so need to go back today to have it rechecked. Cheryl and I were on time and as always figured out what needed to be done.”
