“I arrive early and was attended to prior to my non-routine appointment time. My issue with my hearing aid was resolved quickly. Even though I had been in recently, the audiologist checked to make sure there weren't any updates to installed. He was friendly and personal May 2025 Update - My right hearing aid detached from the mold/shell. I immediately called PFH in Tega Cay. The receptionist said to come right in. I did. Within 15 minutes Dr Fike's "partner in crime" had made the repair, but was honest and realistic in explaining it might eventually detach again, and perhaps would need to replace the mold at some point. I was back home within an hour of the phone call.”
