Marla Leger has been proudly serving the Winter Haven community as a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist since 2011. She began her career at Spring Lake Hearing Center and has continued to grow with her patients through every transition, including the expansion to America’s Best Hearing.
As a lifelong Central Florida resident, Marla has built lasting relationships with patients and their families, many of whom she has cared for since the beginning. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and her dedication to improving lives through better hearing.
For Marla, the most rewarding moments come when she fits or demonstrates new hearing aids and witnesses the joy of clear hearing—often bringing tears of happiness to patients and their loved ones. She is passionate about sharing the latest innovations in hearing technology and takes pride in helping people reconnect with the world around them.

Carol Vollmar has dedicated more than 40 years to working in healthcare and has a true passion for helping others. She brings both her extensive experience and a warm, personal touch to every patient interaction. For Carol, the best part of the job is the patients. She values the connections she makes and the opportunity to help improve lives each day.
Outside of work, family is everything to Carol. She is the proud mother of three children and the loving grandmother of seven, who bring her endless joy. Her happiest moments are spent surrounded by her grandchildren, who affectionately call her “Nana.”
Carol considers it an honor to serve her patients and a privilege to be part of their hearing health journey.

- Wireless and Bluetooth - Your phone, sound system, or TV can be connected directly to your hearing aids.
- Noise Reduction - Models also offer advanced wind noise reduction, which is helpful if you are in windy or noisy situations such as a restaurant.
- Directional Microphones - Great for making sound coming from in front of you more pronounced. This is helpful if you’re in places with a lot of background noise.
- Rechargeable Batteries - Saves you money and hassle over the lifetime of your hearing aid.
- Telecoils - Allows audio to be broadcast directly into your hearing aids. Places such as churches, movie theaters, and others have telecoil technology.

Hearing Aid Repairs - We can repair most major hearing aid brands. Many repairs can be completed on site, or we send it back to the manufacturer for repairs. In most cases, we can offer you a loaner pair of hearing aids while yours is being repaired so you don’t miss anything important while you wait.
Tinnitus Treatment in Florida - Most people describe their tinnitus as a ringing in the ears, though others describe it as a pulsing noise, white noise, or a “whooshing” sound. Want to get your sanity back? Ninety percent of people with chronic tinnitus also have hearing loss and experience improvement when the underlying hearing loss is addressed.
