“My new hearing aids as adjusted by my previous audiologist were a serious disappointment. They did not provide the level of correction I needed. However, my disappointment led me to Dr. Setsuko, who resolved the problem at our first meeting. She looked at my previous tests, listened to my list of concerns, and fixed the problem. She also connected the aids to the technology I needed in group settings. Now I feel more confident in participating in conversations with family and friends. Thank you, Dr. Setsuko! ”
