Dr. Rachel Higginbotham is a Boerne native and the founder of Boerne Hearing & Tinnitus. As a Doctor of Audiology, she is dedicated to helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most through clear, compassionate hearing care. With nearly 15 years of experience, Dr. Higginbotham provides comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized hearing solutions, and advanced tinnitus management. She is certified in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and has a special interest in guiding patients through evidence-based treatment options designed to reduce the daily impact of tinnitus.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Higginbotham serves as Vice President of Education for the Texas Academy of Audiology, reflecting her commitment to professional education and high standards of patient care. Outside the clinic, Dr. Higginbotham enjoys spending time with her family, attending and serving at The Bridge Fellowship, listening to audiobooks, and baking sourdough bread. She lives in Boerne with her husband, Jeremy, and their three sons.
Liz Beschoner,

Dr. Liz Beschoner is a San Antonio native who has proudly called Boerne home since 2011. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of North Texas in 2012 and has been dedicated to helping patients improve their hearing health and overall quality of life ever since.
Dr. Beschoner is passionate about serving the Hill Country community and enjoys working with patients of all ages. She believes strongly in patient education and takes the time to ensure each individual understands their hearing health through comprehensive testing and personalized care. Her goal is
always to find the right solution tailored to each patient’s unique hearing needs.
Outside of the office, Dr. Beschoner enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Whether hiking local trails with their dogs or relaxing on a beach getaway, she values every opportunity to make memories with family and friends.
