Expert Hearing - Savannah Midtown

Dr. Susan Timna, a Savannah native and graduate of Savannah Country Day School, pursued both her undergraduate and master's degrees in Audiology at the University of Georgia. She later earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, with specialized training in tinnitus management, and is certified in dementia care.

Dr. Timna holds accreditation from the Georgia State Board of Audiology and the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and has clinical competency in Audiology.

A committed community member, Dr. Timna actively volunteers and contributes to several local organizations, including the Savannah Philharmonic, the Council on World Affairs, the Savannah Wildlife Rescue Center, and the Savannah Classical Academy. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Savannah. In her spare time, Dr. Timna enjoys being with her family, especially her five grandchildren.

Dr. Cori Palmer is a native of Tifton, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders and from University of Louisville with a Doctorate in Audiology. 

She has over 15 years of experience in Audiology and is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology. In addition, she holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. 

In her spare time, Dr. Palmer enjoys running and training for marathons: she has completed 3 full marathons and over 25 half marathons total. She also loves volunteering with her children’s schools and supporting organizations such as Susan G. Komen and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
