My Hearing Aides came in when promised before the end of the year and the fitting was a breeze. They work fantastic compared to my old in the ear ones, and even work with my phone. “Charlie helped me greatly . He first tried to up the power in my old hearing aids . They were not strong enough. He did a few test then fitted me with a temporary pair while my new ones were ordered . Charie programmed my new ones too and I am very happy with them. I hear much better and I can hear background sounds also . My hearing is better than it has been in years . I can also hear which direction the sounds are coming from . Very satisfied with them. Charlie takes the time to be certain everything is working as it should and gives you great instruction on how to use and care for them . He then referred me to a ENT which ordered a MRI, CAT scan which turned up no major damage. Charlie then fitted me with a nice pair of devices. Now both ears have equal sound once again. Charlie ordered my new hearing aids that are the 4th generation from my hearing aids I went into his office wearing. I have my new hearing aids and can't get over how much better I can hear and neither can my family and friends. The new hearing aids have bluetooth capability and to answer my cell, I tap the top part of my ear and just start talking without the cell phone. What are they going to come up with next?
