Bronson Constance Brown

Kim pursued a career in audiology because she recognizes the vital role hearing plays in our daily lives. She finds fulfillment in getting to know her patients and helping them navigate their unique challenges.

She has a particular passion for working with children and their families and stays engaged with the latest advancements in hearing technology and devices.

Kim credits her husband as her greatest influence, as he has consistently supported her career aspirations, even when it required time away from family.

She is an active member of both the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

Outside of work, Kim volunteers with the Kiwanis Club in Kalamazoo and serves on the board of the St. Joseph River Yacht Club. She also enjoys spending time with her family on Lake Michigan and cheering on her children at their sporting events.

I enjoy talking with patients about their concerns, validating their concerns with testing, and then helping them find solutions that are customized to their needs and what they hope to achieve. Every case is different, and I love that—it makes it easy to come to work every day.”
