Casie Guerrera ,

Audiologist

Cassie Guerrera earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Connecticut. During her clinical training, she completed rotations at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Jamaica Plain, Baystate Health, Connecticut Children's Medical Center and UCONN Health Center. Prior to joining New England ENT in January 2023, she gained experience at a private audiology practice in Boston as well as a large ENT group in Worchester.

Cassie is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Kristin Hartman-Joshi,
AuD, CCC-A, FAAA

Audiologist

Kristin earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Towson University in 2016. She completed her clinical rotations at John’s Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, St. Agnes Hospital, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Kristin served as senior clinical audiologist and the Newborn Hearing Screening Manager at Boston Medical Center prior to joining the New England ENT team. She is licensed in the state of Massachusetts and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Kristin's areas of clinical focus span both pediatric and adult diagnostics, and she is dedicated to enhancing her patient's quality of life with tailored hearing aid soluoions.

In her free time she enjoys time spent with her husband and 3 young children, gardening and instructing yoga.

Jenny Spero ,
MA, CCC-A

Audiologist

Jenny received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Saint John’s University. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in audiology from the University of Connecticut. Throughout her career Jenny’s has worked with mutiple ENT practices and several private audiology practices over a span of 28 years. including a decade at New England Hearing Care Associates in Newburyport. Her primary focus has been working with hearing aids and diagnostic testing for pediatric through adult population. Jenny holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association.

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her two teenage boys and husband, fitness and a good book.

Christine Tisbert Donigan,
AuD, CCC-A

Audiologist

Christine Donigian Tisbert has been a clinical audiologist since 1986, and began her career at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in the Evoked Response Lab. She attended Penn State University where she received her M.S. After graduating, Christine went on to work in a private practice eventually moving on to Beverly Hospital where she managed the speech and audiology department during her employment with them. Christine also served as an instructor at Northeastern University in the Audiology Department. In 2016, she completed her doctoral degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University. Prior to coming to New England ENT in 2022, she worked at Arrigg Eye and Ear where she specialized in vestibular testing and treatment, along with hearing aid assessment and fitting.

Christine resides in the Merrimack Valley with her twin children.

Hearing Evaluation

At New England ENT our providers are highly, highly qualified to evaluate and manage. Hearing loss in patients of all ages. Our comprehensive evaluations are performed by fully trained audiologists. Using specialized tests, we measured your ability to hear different tones and to clearly understand words. These results help determine both the type and degree of hearing loss, ensuring you receive. The most accurate diagnosis and appropriate care.

Hearing Aids For Purchase

Our hearing aid partners provide reputable products and excellent customer service. Product reliability can save on repair costs and decrease frustration of a malfunctioning hearing aid. How much do hearing aids cost? Hearing aids vary in price from $1000 to $3200 based on level of technology and available features (tinnitus maskers, blue tooth connectivity, etc).

Hearing Aid Fitting

During your fitting, the audiologist will make sure your hearing aids fit comfortably in your ear.Your new hearing aids will be digitally programmed and adjusted as needed tp provide clear, comfortable sound. You'll also receive step-by-step instructions on how to use, clean and care for your hearing aids, so you feel confident wearing them everyday.

Dizziness and Vertigo 

Our specialist diagnose dizziness and vertigo with precision. We provide tailored treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs, ensuring comprehensive care for balance and hearing issues.

Ear Drum Perforation 

An eardrum perforation is basically a hole or tear in your eardrum - that thin membrane inside your ear that helps you here by vibrating with sound. When it gets perforated it can cause some hearing loss, maybe some ringing, and it can make your ear a bit more vulnerable to infections. Repairing an Ear Drum Perforation - Our Professionals at New England ENT are trained in the surgical repair of eardrum perforations. There are a variety of surgical techniques to close small to large eardrum perforations.
