“I had a VA C&P exam for tinnitus and Dora was not interested in listening to my concerns. She was more focused on getting the answers on her script. I do not recommend her services to our veteran community.”

“Dr. Cynthia Chow and her entire staff at Hearing Place ensured my mom and I were comfortable and empowered to use our new hearing aids daily. My family is grateful for their meticulous care provided to my family. The use of these devices will most certainly help to keep our brain functions vibrant and healthy.”

“I cannot recommend Dr Chow and The Hearing Place staff highly enough. As a musician and birder I suspected some higher frequency hearing loss. Dr Chow was so genuine and helpful in explaining the test results and giving me all the info I needed to opt in on the aids. And their kindness and patience was also helpful in setting up control of the aids on my phone. Overall a great experience.”

“Dr. Chow has been so helpful. My granddog ate one of my aids from a different provider. She stepped in and updated my hearing test and provided me with new and updated aids. Even though I moved to Iowa, whenever I've had questions, she has been available to give me helpful answers. Highly recommend her.”
