Dr. Melanie Zimmer is a Buffalo native who recently took over as the Clinical Audiologist at the Youngerman Center at SUNY Fredonia. Dr. Zimmer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Buffalo and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Kent State University as a part of the Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium (NOAC). She specializes in audiometric assessments, hearing aid fittings, and central auditory processing disorder evaluations. Dr. Zimmer focuses on patient centered care which includes counseling, education, and improvements in quality of life.
