Jeannette has served patients in the hearing aid profession since 1989 and the co-founder of Hearing Aid HealthCare. She is a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, a Certified Audioprosthologist, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Jeannette has been a Proctor for the Department of Consumer Affairs licensing board since 1997, a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California and has been a past board member as well. She is also a member of the International Hearing Society. Jeannette is a dedicated supporter of the Starkey Hearing Foundation and has traveled with the foundation to many 3rd world countries to fit hearing aids for those in need. She is also a mentor for local caregivers through Eisenhower's Memory Care Center in Palm Desert providing support with loved one’s suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.

- Hearing test / evaluation - During your hearing test one of our hearing aid specialists will measure the threshold at which you are able to hear specific sounds by having you listen to a series of tones at different volumes.
- Hearing aid evaluation - Our hearing aid specialist will review your hearing test results with you and and determine whether a hearing aid would help you hear.
- Hearing aid sales - All our hearing aids offer the latest in digital technology, feedback cancelation, filtering out of background noise, sound clarity, auto adjust volume and more.
- Hearing aid programming - Our hearing aids are prescription devices allowing them to be customized based on your individual test results and hearing needs.
- Hearing aid cleaning, service and repair - If your hearing aid doesn't sound quite the way it used to, it may just need a cleaning or there may be an internal issue with the device. Hearing Aid HealthCare can assess and repair most hearing aid types or send it to the manufacturer for repair.
