A very kind individual indicated that I could either make an appointment or show up. I might have to wait for a while if I showed up. I showed up. After a short wait, I met the audiologist. After a professional and systematic evaluation of the various possibilities, the problem was identified and corrected. My dead hearing aid was revived.”
