Have been to The Hear Care Center several times for routine follow-up and each time have received excellent, professional, courteous and caring service. Entire staff is respectful of patient needs and aims to ensure needs are properly addressed. Recently was treated by Walter Jenkins and found him to also be extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and caring. All go above and beyond and wouldn't think of trusting my hearing care with anyone else.”

Although I'm a canidate for Cochlear implants, I chose not tobe.I would rather keep using hearing aids. I'm pleased to say, I have found an honest business. It's hard to find a place you can literally trust knowing they are not selling you something that really does not give u the benfits that can help you with ur hearing compassity. “Bought my hearing aids from Linda over a year ago and have not had any issues with the exception of being able to pair them to the TV. Had an appointment with Walter Jenkins and he not only solved the pairing issue but he detected a slight hearing loss , gave me an updated hearing test and readjusted the volume . He was very personable , polite , and I quickly realized that he had in depth knowledge and experience in the hearing industry. I wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere for my hearing needs!
