“Dr. KANG was very thorough and open to myconcerns and really listened well. After my testing she reviewed my chart with me and suggested several alternatives to my desire to have Oticon again.. We came up with one that she would help wit clarity and noise reduction. It was a bit more than I had hoped but I was able to do it more easily with your fine financing program. Can't wait to get them!”

“Dr. Hanscom thoroughly cleaned my ears which had been a problem for me effecting my hearing. She was gentle and recommended a product and schedule to keep them clear. The examination included a hearing test followed by a thorough explanation of the results. She asked my preferences for new hearing aids and even allowed me to take new aids to try for a week. We then talked about tinnitus asking if I would want to try the offices program. While I was not yet ready to commit to that. The office was very comfortable form the waiting room to her office. I would highly recommend both Dr. Hanscom and the peoria office.”
