Helping people hear better is not just my job—it’s my passion. My dedication to hearing healthcare began with my own family. When my sister struggled early on with hearing loss and wasn’t taken seriously by the professionals she saw, it left a lasting impact. That experience inspired our entire family to enter the field of hearing care. Today, my parents and siblings all run their own practices, and my mother proudly serves on the Georgia Board of Hearing. Although I work independently, I carry the same heart-driven approach into every appointment. I understand how personal and emotional hearing challenges can be. I truly care about how each patient feels when they walk through the door, and my goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and fully supported. Whether this is your first time seeking help or you’ve been on this journey for a while, I’m here to guide you with compassion, patience, and trust. I take the time to listen without rushing, explain every step without pressure, and work with you to find the right solution-not just any solution. I’m also a proud wife and mother to six amazing children. That part of my life helps me bring an extra level of empathy, kindness, and care to everything I do-because I treat every patient like family.

“Dr. Mraz is the most thorough and knowledgeable Audiologist & Tinnitus specialist. Seen by an 2 internist & 2 ENT’s none offering help or solutions. I was fortunate to find her. She fitted me for Tinnitus programmed hearing aides which will hopefully reduced the severity of the loud high pitch ringing in my ears over time. I highly recommend her. ”
