“What a refreshingly pleasant experience, visiting The Hearing Aid Store, after an equally unpleasant experience with my original hearing aids provider. Original place seemed interested only in selling me a new set of aids, but Romy called a place and ordered a replacement part for one of my aids that had gone silent. It solved the problem and after she checked my hearing to establish a base for future checkups, I was out the door at a cost of only a fraction of what the original place wanted to charge for new hearing aids. Can't imagine a better place to go for whatever ails your hearing!”

I’ve found the responses from them to be quite variable—some good, some not so good. By far, the Hearing Aid Store has been the best. Their prices are great. I’ve found there is very little to no accountability around hearing aid prices. So, it’s nice that I find a place with prices that feel fair, affordable and representative of quality of the product, rather than simply whatever exorbitance the local market will bear. She’s totally professional, knows the products well, knows how to install them into the specifics of my ears, my hearing characteristics, fine tune them— in spite of my inchoate responses— and have me walking away with a smile on my face. “My wife has been a patient of theirs for 3 years and we have always had excellent experiences with them, especially this time. My wife fractured her ankle and is in a rehab hospital and one of her AIDS broke between the dome and the equipment, the little wire.
