“While Neah was so sweet and knowledgeable, I feel like I was bamboozled for my money. I asked not once, but twice if this was the right place to go for a ringing ear or tinnitus. I was reassured twice that it was. I asked about the out of pocket expense when I made the appt. ($165) and I said that seems like a lot for a ringing ear. The girl on the phone (Bre) giggled and said "sorry I'm not trying to laugh" I though that was odd, but hesitantly still made the appointment. After an hour of hearing tests, I left knowing what I already knew. That I had congestion or fluid buildup behind my ear. This place is more suited for hearing devices, which I had made very clear WHY I was making the appointment. This was not an ethical decision on their part. I could have used that money to go straight to my regular physician, which I still need to do and pay for again.”
