“I like Ray’s approach to treating those of us with hearing loss. I selected Volume Hearing and Audiology primarily because they do Real Ear Measurement when fitting the hearing aids. Ray also guides you to the hearing aids that best suit your particular loss profile. There are probably other providers that provide REM in the community, but they are very difficult to locate. Ray’s easy going personality is also a positive, there is no pressure towards a particular brand, just a gentle nudge in the direction of what he believes is best for you. I’m new to the hearing aid process and appreciate working with someone like Ray.”
