Janice Frederick, H.I.S. and owner of Hearing Concepts, has been part of the hearing industry since 2013. A fun fact about Janice is that she’s a retired Army nurse. Her decision to enter the hearing field stemmed from her entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to remain within the healthcare sector. What she enjoys most about her work is helping people hear better and witnessing the joy on their faces when they’re fitted with hearing aids for the first time.
