“Two years ago, I stopped by Optimum Audiology because of severe ear pain and loss of hearing. I did not have an appointment. I stopped by one week ago for a reoccurance of the same issues. Because of the pandemic lockdown, I did not make an appointment as I thought the Doctor's office probably had closed. Both times, I was welcomed warmly, my spouse was offered assistance to get to the office with me and I was offered an examination and subsequent ear wax removal and cleaning without having to come back for another appointment. Magnificent service and saved this very senior citizen another tiresome trip on another date. Sophia remembered me from my visit two years ago, arranged for the examination and cleaning within five minutes that same day. Diana quickly examined my ears, used a state-of-the-art process to clean my ears and within minutes I was enroute home with much of my hearing restored. The office staff is superb in every way and are very professional, thoughtful and kind. This is a great medical office and staff and I will not use any other Audiologist office in the High Desert. I rate the whole staff as outstanding in every way. In addition to the above, they just take great care of patients and truly care. They have my vote for best in the High Desert!!!”
