“It was time to replace my eight-year-old hearing aids, which I had acquired from an audiologist who no longer practiced in my local area. Central Valley Hearing Aid Healthcare was among a few options suggested by my primary care doctor. Although they are located over an hour's drive from my home, I liked their great reviews and their ability to provide hearing devices from a variety of manufacturers according to the needs of their patients. I chose to make an appointment and made the long trip to their office in Modesto. I wasn't disappointed! From the first step through their door and beyond my husband and I were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Abigail and others at the front desk were helpful and patient as I filled out my information. Then we were sent to the testing room, where Billie Scott warmly greeted us and proceeded with testing my hearing, expertly answering questions and discussing options for new hearing aids. She demonstrated their features and care routine. I could tell that she truly cares for her patients. She was very thoughtful and self-sacrificing in order to accommodate our travel time and other appointment needs. In my subsequent visit for the fitting of my new aids, I felt like she had become good friend. Thank you Billie and CVHH! My life has changed for the better now that I'm hearing well again! ”

My mom just recently passed away, which is awful in itself , but to top things off my dog got my hearing aid, and chewed it to shreds. I wanted to hear my mom's funeral service. I called Central Valley Hearing and asked could they please replace it by March 24 which they did, and I still have four days till the Funeral Service, I'm beyond thankful , because they went the extra mile to get my hearing aids back , when they really didn't have to. ”
