From Daryl at the front desk and her friendliness and knowledge to Dr. Kaitlyn Sorenson and her care and expertise as an audiologist, we felt welcome and a part of the family. Dr. Kaitlyn worked tirelessly to make sure I had the best hearing aids for my unique situation. I would have give 10 stars if possible!”

“Visited the Zionsville store and met with Dr. Kaitlyn. Having hearing aids for many years was very skeptical about finding any HA that would improve my hearing. After the test she recommended a pair for me to fit and test. I was astounded at the improvement. Though I have purchased from several companies in the past they only helped half my hearing problem, These helped me hear sounds I have not heard in years. Given the opportunity to test for a few days, I wore to several occasions with family and friends and for the first time in many many years I heard every word. Not once did I have to ask anyone to repeat. In church it was the same success. I could hear every word, did not miss anything. At my age not much impresses me anymore but I am impressed with these Hearing aids from Hearing Solutions. “I was preparing to take a flight to the West Coast and was unable to clear the wax out of my ears, I first went to the hearing business that I originally got my hearing aids 10 years ago, they noticed the ears were impacted with wax, but were unable to help me at the time. I stopped by my primary physicians office and they were able to clean the ears, but the next day I still could not hear right. I called Hearing Solutions of Indiana, they were absolutely great they got me in right away cleaned the ears, gave me a hearing test, discussed hearing aid options, and two hours from the time I arrived to walking out the door. The receptionist and Doctor Sorensen were just great.”

“ Dr. Sorenson took the fear out of getting hearing aids. I knew I needed them, but I was nervous about what the process would entail and if I could afford them. She was very reassuring and explained what she was going to do every step of the way. There was no high pressure sales talk; various options for hearing aids were explained along with the price of each one. I was able to get hearing aids in my price range. Different payment ootions were explained as well. I actually got my hearing aids on the same day as my evaluation! She was thorough explaining not only how to put them on and off but also how to clean them and charge them (I like mine because they have no battery.) Furthermore, she told me about an app to use to find my hearing aids if I lost them . I've already used it once! How great is that?! The receptionist also made the experience pleasant by taking the time to greet us and and make us feel welcome. My husband and I both have hearing aids from here and like the fact that we can walk in to have certain things tweeked. I'm thrilled to have this business in our community and to welcome Dr. Sorenson to it. This Hearing Solutions and doctor really have my highest recommendation.”
