“First let me say I’m 81 , poor hearing and starting to suffer from age related ailments and it’s different to understand everything in a conversation. I took a hearing test from marsh and ordered the $3200 hearing aids. I was told I could pay for them anytime in the next year with no interest. I inquired about payment and needed to do so after January 1, 2025. I went back for an adjustment and it still left me with clicking in my ears. I was under the impression that I could return them anytime within the next year with no charge. I was scheduled a hearing aid adjustment so when I went back I asked if sleeping in the hearing aids would cause my ears to be injured and bleed since I recently had minor injuries to both ears at night and blood on my pillowcase. Dr. Marsh reminded me that I had only a limited time to return the hearing aids and that ended 3 days ago. I again tried to get a more definite payment schedule but failed and left office confused and upset. I didn’t cause a commotion of any kind, just disappointment with the hearing aids. A few days I received a letter demanding immediate full payment or else I would be taken to court. A few days later I got an invoice for $3200 plus additional fees. I put my payment on credit cards so I could pay Marsh and spread the payments after January 1, 2025. I feel I was a victim since I was dissatisfied with the hearing aids and was scheduled for an adjustment 3 days too late to return them. Also verbal payment contracts are not enforceable in court and I had a verbal full year to schedule and pay for the hearing aids so at no time did I renig on my paying. DO NOT GO TO MARSH HEARING AID CENTER WITH YOUR HEARING LOSS UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO ACCEPT A POOR SERVICE AND HIGH PRICE ”
